SHIPPING CONDITIONS

  • Free shipping for orders from 800,000 VND.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Ho Chi Minh City and Southern provinces: 1–4 working days.
  • Hanoi, Central, and Northern regions: 3–6 working days.
    (Excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
  • Delivery is considered complete once confirmed by the delivery service. We are not responsible for late deliveries if the Customer is unavailable to receive the package.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Accepted return/exchange cases:

  • Product damaged or scratched during shipping.
  • Product expired.
  • Product missing label/tag.
  • Incorrect product or missing quantity.

Non-returnable cases:

  • More than 7 days after receiving the product.
  • Product has been used, unsealed, or packaging damaged by the customer.
  • No unboxing video provided.

Return period: Within 7 days of receipt.
Procedure: Customer must notify the reason, provide address and phone number. Contact hotline 0888 823 539 for instructions. We do not accept returns without prior agreement.
