  • Customer: An individual or organization with full legal capacity to purchase products on the website.
  • Order: A commitment to purchase one or more Products selected by the Customer through the Website.

  • By accessing the website, the Customer is deemed to have agreed to comply with these terms.
  • It is prohibited to use the website for fraudulent activities, intellectual property infringement, or actions that may harm third parties.

  • In case of incorrect product descriptions, our responsibility is limited to refunding the standard return shipping fee.

  • The company reserves the right to refuse/cancel orders if:

  • VAT invoices will be issued upon payment confirmation.

 

6. HOW TO ORDER

  • Ordering process: Select product → Add to cart → Enter promo code (if any) → Enter delivery/invoice info → Make payment → Receive confirmation via email/SMS.
  • Orders are only valid after confirmation via email/SMS.
  • Customers may also contact the company via Facebook or Zalo for consultation and order support.

 

7. PAYMENT

  • Payment methods: Bank transfer, card payment, or electronic payment gateways.
  • Payment must be completed at the time of ordering.
